Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms govern your membership and use of Odin Network — this website, the app at app.odinnetworkapp.com, the mobile apps, and the API (together, "the service"). By redeeming an invitation or using the service you agree to them. Questions: legal@odinnetworkapp.com.

1. What Odin Network is

Odin Network is a private, invitation-only network of business owners and executives. It offers three things: a vetted member directory, a board for real business asks, and a hand-off to WhatsApp when an introduction lands. There is no public sign-up, no feed, and no in-app chat — by design.

2. Invitations and membership

3. Your account

Keep your phone number current — it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens through your account and should tell us promptly at hello@odinnetworkapp.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

4. Conduct

Breaking these rules can end your membership without notice.

5. Your content

You own what you post — your profile, your posts, your uploads. You give us the permission needed to store it and show it to other members, which is the point of the service. Don't post content you have no right to share.

6. WhatsApp conversations

Conversations between members happen on WhatsApp, outside the service, under WhatsApp's own terms. We are not a party to them, cannot see them, and are not responsible for them.

7. Dealings between members

Members deal with each other directly and at their own judgment. An introduction is not an endorsement: we do not verify claims members make about their businesses, and we are not a party to, or responsible for, any deal, partnership, or dispute that follows from one.

8. Ending membership

You can leave at any time by asking us to close your account (hello@odinnetworkapp.com). We can suspend or end memberships that break these terms or that the administrators no longer vouch for. When membership ends, your profile and posts are removed from the service and roll out of backups within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. The service itself

We aim to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it (membership is currently free, so that is zero), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives here with its date. If a change matters, we will tell members in the app before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
